What Our Process Looks Like...
Evaluating Your Body Mechanics
Your golf swing is created around your physical abilities. We compare your physical abilities with that of the average PGA tour player. This will include:
- Neck mobility
- Shoulder and thorax mobility
- Hip mobility
- Thorax, shoulder, and hip stability
We take these results and look at your swing characteristics to see if a physical impairment is negatively impacting your swing.
Evaluating Your Swing Mechanics
Physical impairments can express themselves differently in players. Part of our process is to link any physical deficiencies with impairments in your wing which can create:
- Energy leaks decreasing power output
- Misuse/disuse to joint systems
- Limit the efficiency of your golf swing
When we link these two things it's called a Body-Swing Connection.
Evaluating Your Engine
Strength plus speed equal power. We analyze power output at three areas of your body to see if you're generating enough power and if it's transferring to your golf swing. With this we:
- Compare your numbers relatively and to PGA Tour players
- Look for weak links in the body
- Develop either strength or speed to improve power
Golf Specific Training
Through the detailed evaluation, we develop a program that builds up the deficiencies highlighted during the evaluation. This program includes:
- At home program to address physical deficiencies
- Structured training program to work on strength, power, and speed
- Access to all exercises in video format prescribed via the MyTPI App

"I'm a Golf Club Fitter at Golf Galaxy and love to compete at the Amateur level in golf. I have been working with Premier Health Clinic for about a month now. I started with the intentions of improving my overall mobility and strength to help better my golf game (both currently and later on when I'm older). I've been participating in their Golf Fitness Program where they started me off with a TPI Certified Assessment. They took me through a number of tests to test where my strength and mobility stood at. They even hooked me up to sensors (while striking a golf ball) to see EXACTLY where my strength/power was being generated in during my golf swing. From there, we went over some exercises where I stressed some worries (such as my left shoulder hurting) and they gave me exercises that I could do at home. for the last month, I've been going into their facility twice a week to perform a control, yet effective golf specific workout tailored to me. I have never felt so taken care of in my life! These guys do an amazing job on explaining all the "why's" that come along with working with someone new. I'm rating them 10/10 as I have worked with numerous amounts of other groups/businesses to help my golf game/performance on an athletic standpoint and no one has hit the mark like these guys have!"
